YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy & Cookies

Effective October 12, 2026

Information you provide

Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, and event details. These may include your date, location, guest count, budget, service preferences, cocktail selections, and anything you choose to include in your message. It also records your acknowledgment of the event terms.

Please share only information relevant to your event. Do not include payment-card numbers, identification documents, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.

How your information is used

We use these details to answer questions, check availability, prepare personalized quotes, communicate about your request, and plan services if you book. Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to a booking or authorize promotional messages.

Services that process information

When you submit the form, your information is saved in our website’s hosted database for Ambrosia to manage in a private inquiry dashboard. We then send it to FormSubmit to request an email notification to ambrosiabartending@gmail.com. The dashboard stores inquiry status and private event-planning notes. Access is restricted to the authorized owner account. A daily hash of the submitting IP address is stored to limit repeated submissions. Our email provider processes and stores those messages. Hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

FormSubmit may use cookies and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection during submission. Its processing is described in the FormSubmit privacy notice. See also Google’s privacy policy for its services.

Cookies and website storage

The website uses Cloudflare security services. The observed __cf_bm cookie helps distinguish automated traffic from legitimate visitors. Cloudflare states that it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Other security cookies may be used if a challenge is required. Read Cloudflare’s cookie information.

We have not installed advertising pixels or third-party visitor analytics in the website application. Cocktail selections are held temporarily in the page, rather than saved by our application in cookies or browser storage. Reloading the page may clear your selections.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking security cookies may affect access or form submission. Our application does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals; it does not intentionally track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising.

External links

Instagram and Google review links take you to those services when you choose to open them. They are links, not embedded social feeds. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and may use their own cookies.

Records and your requests

Inquiry messages may remain in our dashboard, email, and event records. This notice does not specify an automatic deletion period. To ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion, email ambrosiabartending@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to you. Some records may need to be retained for an active booking, accounting, legal obligations, or resolving a dispute.

Updates and contact

We will post changes to this notice here and update the effective date. For privacy questions, contact Ambrosia Bartending LLC at ambrosiabartending@gmail.com.

This privacy notice explains website and inquiry practices. It is separate from the Ambrosia Bartending Event Terms & Service, which take effect only after your retainer or deposit is paid and Ambrosia confirms your booking.
