Updated October 9, 2026

Event Details

Please make sure all event information provided during booking is accurate, including the date, location, guest count, and service time. Any changes should be communicated to Ambrosia as soon as possible, as they may affect staffing, supplies, or service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Events may be cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event require payment in full.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. Any event-specific items or supplies already purchased may be non-refundable.

Alcohol Service

Alcohol service will follow all applicable laws, venue requirements, and required authorizations. Depending on the selected service, alcohol may be provided by Ambrosia or supplied by the client.

Ambrosia reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who is underage, appears intoxicated, cannot provide valid identification when requested, or is behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner.

Service Time

Bar service is provided during the hours confirmed in your booking. A late event start does not extend the scheduled service time. Additional service time is subject to availability and venue restrictions.

Venue & Setup

The client is responsible for ensuring Ambrosia has reasonable access to the event space for setup, service, and breakdown. Any venue restrictions or vendor requirements that may affect our service must be communicated before the event.

Client-Provided Items

If your booking requires you to provide alcohol or other items, you are responsible for having them available before service begins. Ambrosia may provide recommended quantities, but actual guest consumption may vary.

Equipment & Damages

Equipment, barware, and rentals provided by Ambrosia remain the property of Ambrosia. The client may be responsible for loss or damage caused by the client or their guests beyond normal wear and tear.

Guest Conduct & Safety

Ambrosia reserves the right to refuse, pause, or end alcohol service if conditions become unsafe, illegal, threatening, or abusive. Individual guests may also be refused service when necessary for responsible alcohol service.

Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a safe service area. Service may be modified or paused if weather conditions create a safety concern.

Photos & Social Media

Ambrosia may photograph or record our bar setup, cocktails, and event details for our website, portfolio, or social media. If you prefer that content from your event not be shared, please notify us before the event.
