We’re Edrik and Marleni, the partners behind Ambrosia Bartending. For more than three years, we’ve brought a personalized mobile bar experience to Southern California celebrations, drawing on over a decade of hospitality experience.
Our Armenian and Mexican backgrounds inspire cocktails that go beyond the traditional bar menu. Think pomegranate, apricot, hibiscus, tamarind, fresh citrus, and warm spices, alongside the classics your guests love.

Our all-inclusive and dry hire packages start with three hours of bar service and two cocktail options. Hours and cocktail selections can be adjusted to your event and budget.

Before you book
Your date is secured and the Ambrosia Bartending Event Terms & Service take effect only after your retainer or deposit is paid and Ambrosia confirms your booking. Checking the acknowledgment box or sending an inquiry alone does not activate the terms or reserve your date.
Yes. We can include alcohol in your quote, or you can supply your own. When we provide alcohol using our preferred brands, unopened bottles can be returned after your event. We’ll confirm the details before booking.
Every event starts with three hours of service and two cocktail options. If you’re working with a specific budget, we can adjust the hours and cocktail options to fit your needs. Packages include a certified bartender, mixers, ice, coolers, garnishes, setup, and cleanup. We’ll confirm the bar setup, beer and wine service, alcohol, and any additional needs in your quote.
Absolutely. We’ll create a menu around your tastes and event theme, with cocktail and mocktail options. Additional cocktail selections are available.
If your location already has a suitable bar, let us know. We can adjust your quote based on the setup and supplies you already have.
Yes. We serve private residences, weddings, corporate events, and outdoor celebrations. Share your location and whether it’s a private residence or public venue so we can plan the setup.
